WKEC Zoom Backgrounds

WKEC branded Zoom backgrounds play a crucial role in today's remote work landscape. They offer more than just a visually appealing backdrop; they serve as a powerful tool for enhancing professionalism, brand identity, and employee engagement. At WKEC, it is a requirement for all employees to have one of the three branded Zoom backgrounds displayed at all times during online WKEC trainings, or attending a training.

How do I change my Zoom background?

  1. Open the Zoom application on your computer or mobile device.

  2. Join or start a Zoom meeting. You can also enter a test meeting to access the settings

    without actually joining a call.

  3. Once in the meeting, look for the "^" arrow next to the video icon in the bottom left corner. Click on it to access the Zoom menu.

  4. From the menu, click on "Choose Virtual Background." This will open the virtual background settings.

  5. In the Virtual Background settings, you will see a few default background options provided by Zoom. You can select any of them or click the "+" button to upload your own background image or video.

  6. If you click the "+" button, you can select an image or video file from your computer or device to use as your background.

  7. Once you've chosen your preferred background, Zoom will apply it immediately, and you'll see a preview of how it looks.

If you're satisfied with the background, click "Close" to exit the settings, and your new background will be displayed in your Zoom meetings.
