If your training is at the WKEC Conference Center all departments with the exception of the sertac team will follow this protocol.

• The Empower Room and The Engage Room both have their own unique QR codes programmed to generate a certificate to attendees upon signing into their training. QR codes are placed on each table within the training room. It is up to the facilitator to remind attendees to sign-in. They will NOT receive a certificate of completion without completing the sign-in.

• If your training is at the WKEC Conference Center and requires EILA - it is up to the facilitator to email this document to participants at the conclusion of the training.

• It is up to the facilitator to register for EILA Credit PRIOR to the training date. KDE will only accept EILA applications prior to the date of the training.
