The theme of our 6th Transition Conference is "Growing Up Ready! Building Skills for Living in the Adult World". Missy Jenkins Smith will be our keynote speaker during lunch on the first day and at this session you will receive Missy's book, I Choose to Be Happy. On the second day, lunch will be on your own (except for the special education direactors, we will be having a lunch meeting on that day).

Location: James Bruce Convention Center - Hopkinsville, KY
Cost: $45 (includes lunch and book)
Credit Hours: EILA- 6 hours each day
**In order to prepare material for this training, you MUST register.
***If a participant registers, does not attend, and does not cancel the registration 48 hours prior to the event; a $45 fee will be invoiced to the district. Substitutions are acceptable.
