The West Kentucky Educational Cooperative has joined the Kentucky Purchasing Cooperative (KPC) in order to facilitate the WKEC’s annual bidding cycle effective for the 2010-11 academic year. The KPC will conduct bids and maintain an approved vendor list that will be accessible by all of the Cooperative’s member districts. While the WKEC and its member districts retain the right to conduct bids on an individual basis, we believe that joining a larger consortium of school districts provides schools with the opportunity to evaluate additional vendors and potential to save costs. or (270)-579-6931. Initial bid pricing was $29.95 per 10 ream carton of 8 ½” x 11” white, firm price through 8/31/10. Petter stipulated in bid response documents that vendor will custom drop quantity orders to multiple district locations for single $100 delivery charge added to the total order. Pricing for other sizes and/or colors available, please contact WKEC or vendor for additional information.
