The West Kentucky Educational Cooperative has joined the Kentucky Purchasing Cooperative (KPC) in order to facilitate the WKEC’s annual bidding cycle effective for the 2010-11 academic year.  The KPC will conduct bids and maintain an approved vendor list that will be accessible by all of the Cooperative’s member districts.  While the WKEC and its member districts retain the right to conduct bids on an individual basis, we believe that joining a larger consortium of school districts provides schools with the opportunity to evaluate additional vendors and potential to save costs.  The KPC’s bid book or listing of approved vendors can be accessed by following the link below or contacting Kentucky Purchasing Cooperative at (606)-929-0205.
